1) Is there a minimum hire period?

Yes, 6 weeks.

2) Do you offer discount on multiple hire?

Yes, ring and we can discuss this.

3) Do you charge for delivery?

Yes, please call for a quote.

4) Who insures the equipment during hire?

The hirer must insure it on their home or business cover to the value of the equipment.

5) How is payment made?

6 weeks hire upfront, then if you want to extend hire then Direct Debit / Standing Order, Cash, Postal Order

6) Do you offer personal training?

Yes, we have just taken on board a qualified personal trainer to help with all your needs.

7) How do I cancel the hire?

Easy. Simply ring us and give 7 days notice or email/fax us.

8) How long before my order will get to me?

Usually 2-3 days.

9) At what time do you deliver?

What is best for you: Daytime/Evening, Saturday/Sunday

10) I haven't exercised for a while, can you help?

No, but we do recommend consulting your doctor before any form of exercise.

11) Do you need any I.D.?

Yes, 1 photo I.D. and one proof of residence. Don't worry - we will bring our own photocopyer and take a copy with you there.
