We have two types of punch bags, a punch man and a slam man for training at home.

The slam man silver has a base and torso built from high density blow moulded polyethylene plastic -can withstand heavy use and punishment. Moulded foam striking surface returns back to shape after each hit. Unique programmed LED target lights used to build quick reflexes and co-ordination. Adjustable strike sensor means you have to hit him harder to put out his lights. Adjustable height lets you pick the size of your target. Mini computer and meter -choose from 15 programs, timer and score.

This item will also come with 1 pair of universal fitting gloves (may have been used before). In addition video and a boxers eating plan to ensure you get the most out of its use.
